Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received it In the original packaging
• Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt) Certain items are non-returnable, such as: Digital downloads Health or personal care items (if opened or used)
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
